Jesse Flynn

President

Jesse formed Flynn Brothers Contracting Inc. in 1973 with his brother John Flynn. In 1984, Jesse formed the Real Estate Company and became partners with his brother John, his brother Ed and Jim Rice.

Jesse has served on many Boards throughout his career including Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce, Associated Builders & Contractors, DePaul School, First Citizens Bank, and currently still serves as Chairman of the Board of Flynn Brothers Contracting Inc. and the Board of Trustees at Bellarmine University. Jesse was acclaimed the ABC Member of the Year in 1994 and received the March of Dimes REACH Award in 2005.

Deshon received a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Bellarmine University in 2012, where he competed in college athletics and currently serves on their Board of Overseers.

He brings over five years of professional sales, high level networking, and negotiation experience to our team. Day to day Deshon functions as one of our primary points of contact for new business sales, community evolvement, and public relations. He has never met a stranger and strives to deliver excellence to our clients at every opportunity.

Jennifer Settles

Associate, Sales and Office Manager

Jennifer joined our team in 2008 with a strong background in legal management assisting our General Council with real estate closings, commercial leasing and administration.

She became a part of our sales team in 2012. Jennifer now manages the daily operations of our sales and leasing office, acting as liaison to various facets of our business team. She is committed to assisting our current tenants and strives on building new client relations.
